The Firm employs and engages trusted service providers / bond originators in order to assist clients in obtaining the necessary finance from financial institutions. Service Providers / Bond Originators will be able to provide you with a certificate that state what you can afford (the bond you are likely to get). This will enable you to effectively “house hunt” or compete at an Auction

You will complete one set of forms, and your dedicated home loan specialist will submit your application to nine institutions

Upon the successful submittance of your application, bond originators will negotiate vigorously, purposefully and with good intent on your behalf with regards to the applicable interest rate, term etc. This will be done in order to provide you with the best possible offers!

The Firm’s service providers / bond originators will be renumerated by the financial institutions when an application is successfully processed and a bond is subsequently registered. There will no costs to the clients.

The Firm’s expert Consultants will negotiate the best possible deal on your behalf and fees will be negotiable.
